6. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the High Court of Kenya where matters fall within its jurisdiction.
